Help Wanted

HELP WANTED: We are looking for an animal caretaker. This is a part time job, hours will be Friday and Saturday evenings 5-8 PM shift.   

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Feeding shelter dogs
Disbursing medications to shelter dogs
Walking and exercising dogs
Cleaning kennels/cages and other shelter areas
Showing dogs to potential adopters
Cleaning cat rooms/cages and scooping litter
Disbursing medications to shelter cats
Doing laundry and dishes
Lifting, bending, kneeling
Being a positive advocate for CWNAS and its programs and philosophies

Caring for the animals is a very rewarding, but physically demanding job. Lots of lifting, bending, and kneeling. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and handle large dogs of all breeds. Must be self motivated and able to perform duties independently.
