If you cannot adopt one of our pets, you may want to sponsor a pet by printing this page and mailing with your check to CWNAS, P. O. Box 345, Mauston, WI, 53948. Your generosity will help us make a difference in the life of each animal that comes into our foster program. Please note that your sponsorship applies to your animal until that animal is adopted.
