LILY PARTICIPATES IN READ TO ROVER

Certified therapy dog,  'Lily", was at the Hatch Public Library in November to patiently lend an ear to school age children who practiced reading to them.  Children read to a dog for 15 to 20 minute blocks.  Children completing the program received a 'Rover' certificate and a small token as a reward for being a good reader.

If you would like to register your child for a future Read to Rover program, please contact Debbie Brooks at the Hatch Public Library.

If you would like more information about the Read to Rover program, or would like to have a Read to Rover Program at your school or library, contact our Education Coordinator at 847-5558 or email theaneys@mchsi.com.
