, the Carl W. Nelson Animal Shelter is a group of individuals in Mauston, Wisconsin with a goal to build a modern, state-of-the-art,
no-kill
animal shelter for Juneau County's homeless animals. We are a
non-profit
organization with a
mission
to help homeless animals through our shelter, through
community outreach programs
and
humane education programs
